To email you about The Sauna Practice — opening dates, founding membership offers, and updates on the build. We only send emails to you because you've actively asked us to.

Your email is stored in a Google Sheet hosted on Google Workspace, which is accessible only to authorised people within The Sauna Practice. Google's servers may store this data outside the UK (typically in the EU or US) under standard contractual clauses that ensure UK-equivalent protection.
We will keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After we open, anyone who hasn't engaged with our emails for 24 months will be removed automatically.
